SHIPPING & PROCESSING

We offer free shipping on all domestic (US) orders. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Processing time may be extended during the holidays. Tracking Information will be available after your purchase has shipped.

Please Note: The shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

We cannot make changes to orders once placed.  Please check that the address entered is correct. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us at support@dogoncaddy.com. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we can make a change to the address.
