Return Policy

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dog'on Caddy, we offer a full refund less shipping if applicable.

Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

Returns will only be accepted when items are returned in their original condition.

Please note: Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Once a refund is approved and submitted, funds are typically returned within 5 business days to the payment method used when ordering.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 7 days.

Shipping Policy

At Dog'on Caddy your satisfaction is our top priority. Our orders ship Monday-Friday. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. Please view our full shipping details below! 

Shipping Prices are based on your order and will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer a flat rate.

Processing Time: Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday.

Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

 ADDRESS CHANGES: We pride ourselves in same day order processing. Unfortunately, that does mean we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post purchase. Please verify your address before submitting.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

RETURN TO SENDER: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Dog'on Caddy™ will not refund a customer's purchase or replace the goods. If an address is insufficient an item is returned to sender, you will be charged for additional shipping to resend the item.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply. This can include additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for such additional fees as they depend on your personal country, local tax rate, and customs department. This is the responsibility of our customers.
